Of all the options mentioned I prefer my own business, as I have always dreamed of the idea of ​​building my business and be the boss, and imposing my rules and not be working for other people, because sometimes the workplace in some companies is not the most comfortable and co-workers are not supportive of the work performed.

Also I do not like the idea of ​​working for someone else because you overworked and do not be regarded as an employee but as a revenue-producing machine, do not think about your needs or your family and looking for ways to remedy unconformities your work area to be as pleasant for everyone. I think that working for myself doing my own business, try to put more effort, because that will see fruit, put upon me I will turn to goals and achieve them.

By building my company can offer work to other people and treat them the way they deserve, as a family and all employees of an organization are a family.

To build a business is not easy, as I need seed capital to achieve this, a lot of effort and above all persistence, but this way would be what I would like to work and what I like. In addition to my company make me help achieve other goals such as keeping my family, make them proud of me by my achievements.

De todas las opciones mencionada yo prefiero con mi propio negocio, ya que siempre he soñado con la idea de construir mi negocio y ser la jefa, así imponiendo mis reglas y no estar trabajando para otra personas, ya que a veces el ámbito laboral en algunas empresas no es el más cómodo y los compañeros de trabajo no son solidarios con el trabajo desempeñado. Además no me gusta la idea de trabajar para otra personas ya que te saturan de trabajo, ya que no te consideran como un empleado sino como una máquina productora de ingresos, no piensan en tus necesidades, ni tu familia y no buscan la forma de remediar tus inconformidades para ser del área laboral lo más agradable para todos. Pienso que al trabajar para mí misma haciendo mi propio negocio, intentaría poner mayor esfuerzo, porque así veré frutos, me impondré metas y me fijaré en alcanzarlas.

Al construir mi empresa podré brindarles trabajo a otras personas, y tratarlas de la manera como se merecen, como una familia, ya que todos los empleados de una organización son una familia.

Se que construir una empresa no es nada fácil, ya que necesito el capital semilla para lograrlo, de mucho esfuerzo y sobre todo persistencia, pero de esta manera sería lo que yo desearía trabajar y lo que me gusta. Además al confeccionar mi empresa me ayudaría a lograr otros objetivos como mantener mi familia, hacer que ellos se sientan orgullosos de mí por medio de mis logros.

Así como muchos emprendedores han podido lograr y tener éxito al realizar una empresa, me imagino en su lugar y poder gozar y satisfacer mi ego soñador, realizando esta meta… emprendedores como Steve jobs que aunque han sido botados de las empresas donde trabajaron estos han logrado crear sus empresas (NeXT) y han tenido éxito y han sido compradas por empresas más grandes (Apple). Al pasar de los años vemos gran cantidad de personas y muy jóvenes quienes utilizan la tecnología para lograr sus sueños empresariales, logran cosas inimaginables, yo me imagino así.

Es por eso esto que deseo realizar una empresa y trabajar para no dejar este deseo solo en sueños, sino en hechos y ayudar a muchas personas con los frutos de mi empresa, sin dejarme manipular por empleadores que abusan de su recurso humano, que es fundamental para el éxito de una empresa.

Ser empleado es cuestión del ayer, hoy en día todos tenemos la capacidad y la oportunidad de construir una empresa, solo se necesita un poco de capital, ideas, responsabilidad y muchas ganas de trabajar.
